Retirement Planning
TMG sponsors a defined contribution plan which is administered through Vanguard.

Employees are enrolled by the benefits team upon request.
Register with the last 4 digits of the TMG employee's Social Security Number at my.vanguardplan.com.
Once registered, you will be able to communicate desired changes in per paycheck contribution amounts, make investment elections, etc.

Setting Payroll Deductions
Login to Vanguard and navigate to "My Account" then select "Update Savings Rate" to change your allocation amounts.
All changes will be process on the first of every month be sure to have your changes in before then!
Updating Address
In order to update your address you will need to send an email to benefits@transmarketgroup.com with your desired new information.
Annual Contribution Limits
2026 Limit: $24,500
2026 Catch-up Contribution (for those age 50 or older): $8,000 for a total of $32,500.
Matching
TMG does not have a company matching contribution at this time.
