  • Employees are able to enroll and/or change elections with qualifying life events and during open enrollment periods through https://workforcenow.adp.com

  • 2025:

    12/1/24 - 12/15/24: 2025 TMG Open Enrollment Period

    01/01/25: 2025 TMG Open Enrollment elections activation date

    01/01/25: Deductibles and Out-of-Pocket Expenses Maximums reset

    2026:

    12/1/25 - 12/15/25: 2025 TMG Open Enrollment Period

  • Should you opt into the vision plan you are responsible for 100% of the costs at all levels. Below reflect those costs for 2024.

    Employee: $5.71

    Employee + Spouse: $15.98

    Employee + Children: $15.98

    Employee + Family: $15.98

  • Once enrolled you will need to register in order to activate your membership.

    • The "Member ID" will be the last 4 digits of TMG employee's Social Security Number

    In order for EyeMed Network Optometrists to access your coverage details please notify your provider that you are on the access network and provide your name and date of birth. Once verified, EyeMed Network doctors will be able to bill EyeMed (Delta Vision) directly.
